Helical-cut ring gear: The helical tooth profile design enables the differential to distribute torque more precisely and efficiently according to actual wheel movement during operation. For instance, when cornering, it allocates torque rationally to the left and right wheels based on the speed differential between the inner and outer wheels. This allows the outer wheel to receive increased power for greater travel distance, while the inner wheel receives correspondingly reduced power, ensuring smooth cornering.

Helical Tooth Engagement: The helical cut tooth profile facilitates smoother contact between teeth during meshing. Compared to straight teeth and other profiles, this effectively reduces noise and vibration generated during gear engagement. This not only enhances driving comfort but also minimises issues such as component loosening and wear caused by vibration, thereby extending the service life of the differential and the entire drivetrain.

Enhanced transmission efficiency: Helical-cut ring gears feature relatively larger tooth contact surfaces and more uniform force distribution during transmission. This effectively minimises energy loss in power transfer, improving the differential’s transmission efficiency.
